COACH DAVE is in his third year at the helm leading your FAYSON LAKES GATORS and 35th year coaching swimming in NJ. Coach Dave has infused a can-do, everyone matters, technique rich approach into the honored traditions and existing culture of FAYSON LAKES. The combination of these elements sparked a FIRE in the GATORS in 2022 and we are looking to build upon this foundation in 2023!

In 2022, Coach Dave and his staff embarked upon a new and exciting mission beginning with the inaugural iteration of the HATCHLINGS (our pre-Gator developmental swim group) These amazing swimmers added a new flavor of youth, excitement, and growth of the foundation, to Gator Swimming for years to come. Coach Dave also led the GATORS to their FIRST UNDEFEATED SEASON (RED DIVISION CHAMPIONS) and in the process, shattered all expectations with a culminating OVERALL LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP at the LAKELAND A’s.

Coach Dave could not be more proud of his staff, Kevin and Ellie, as well as all of the families, volunteers, junior coaches and of course the ALL THE GATOR SWIMMERS for their trust, dedication, grit and above all, A BELIEF IN EACH OTHER THAT…
