GATORS REPRESENT!
This past weekend at the Pequannock Individual Age Invitational, your GATOR SWIMMERS rolled with some of the best swimmers in the Lakeland Conference in 14 different AGE CATEGORIES vying for highest points for their individual age .
Each swimmer competed with others of their same age for this meet, with the individual capturing the most points for their placings garnering the coveted HIGH POINT TROPHY for their AGE. The Fayson Gators participated in the following AGE LEVELS:
7&Under Girls (Avery & Mycah)
8 Boys (Huck)
9 Girls (Charlotte)
10 Girls (Norah)
10 Boys (Nicky, Sean, Bodie, & Alex)
12 Boys (AJ & Trevor)
12 Girls (Kylie & Lindsey)
14 Boys (Jonny)
14 Girls (Ellie & Julia M)
15 Boys (Ben)
16 Boys (Max)
17 Boys (Coach Kevin)
ALL OF OUR GATOR SWIMMERS REPRESENTED OUR COMMUNITY VALIANTLY, in the harsh heat and difficult races…lots of PB’s and strong battles in the water at this meet :)
CHAMPIONS CROWNED!
winners of their individual AGE GROUP were: AVERY; HUCK; NICKY & SEAN (tied!); AJ; KYLIE; JONNY; ELLIE…Annnnd…unofficially BEN; MAX; COACH KEVIN!
RECORD BREAKER!!! Coach Kevin broke the MEET RECORD in the 50m Butterfly in swimming a time of 27.81 to best the previous mark of 27.94!!! WAY TO GO COACH :)
